Moore in 1999, to equip attendees with valuable insights, perspectives, information, and inspiration that will benefit their local ministries when they return home. The EMLC is one of the leading conferences for ministers and church leaders in the southeastern United States. This conference routinely attracts attendees from 7 - 8 states into Bluefield (WV) for 2 1/2 days annually. The EMLC feature

s two days of panel discussions from experts on a variety of topics related to day-to-day ministry. The conference also includes two evening worship services featuring nationally-respected preachers and outstanding music ministry. Bishop Clarence Moore, diocesan of the PAW's Virginia State Council, is the conference host.
