The Church of the Nazarene is a Protestant Christian church in the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition, tracing its roots to an anniversary date of 1908. It was founded to spread the message of scriptural holiness (Christlike living) across the lands. Today the Church of the Nazarene is located in 156 world areas. Our mission is to make Christlike disciples in the nations. We believe that God offers to everyone forgiveness, peace, joy, purpose, love, meaning in life, and the promise of heaven when life is over by entering and experiencing a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. We are called to take this message to people everywhere. The Church of the Nazarene is also a holiness church. We believe that Christians can experience a deeper level of life in which there is victory over sin, power to witness and serve, and a richer fellowship with God, all through the infilling of the Holy Spirit. 👑✨ Growing in Faith, One Lesson at a Time! ✨👑

Our youth programs are doing some wonderful things, and we love watching our children learn, grow, and build their faith! 💕📖

👑 Our Littles Church Class talked about The Wise King from 1 Kings 3:5–10:13. Solomon could have asked God for anything, but he asked for wisdom so he could make good choices and faithfully lead God’s people. 🙏🧠

And, of course, our little ones had to make their very own Crowns of Wisdom! 👑✨ They had so much fun creating while learning that wisdom means making good choices and listening to God.

🧱 Our Upper Elementary group learned about Nehemiah rebuilding the wall and the importance of remaining faithful to God, even when the work was difficult. They were reminded that when we trust God and stay faithful, He can use us to accomplish great things! 💪📖🙌

From crowns of wisdom to rebuilding walls, our kids are learning BIG lessons about a BIG God! ❤️

We are so thankful for the wonderful teachers and volunteers who pour into these young lives each week. What a blessing it is to watch the next generation grow in faith! 🥰🙏

We may have little ones, but God is doing BIG things through them! 👑🧱❤️

Our teens are bringing the energy every Wednesday night at 6 PM in the upstairs Family Life Center! 🙌🎉

They’re not just having fun—they’re growing in their faith, digging into God’s Word, and learning how to turn down the outside noise so they can hear God’s voice. 📖❤️

We’re talking about real-life stuff, learning what it means to trust God, and discovering what happens when we put our faith in what He is doing—even when we can’t see the whole picture yet. 🙏

🎶🦅 Good Friends, Good Food & Great Music! 🦅🎶

This past weekend was such a fun time with a bunch of our favorite people! ❤️ We started the evening with a little picnic together—good food, lots of laughs, and even better company. 🧺🥪☀️

Then we headed out to enjoy an Eagles tribute band and had an absolute blast singing along and soaking up the music! 🎸🎶

So thankful for weekends like these filled with friendship, laughter, and making memories together! ❤️ What a great time! 🥰

Life can get busy, overwhelming, and sometimes just plain stressful. But what if God has given us a different way to respond when anxiety and worry begin to creep in?

Join us this morning at 11 AM at Bluefield First Church of the Nazarene as Pastor brings a message from Philippians 4:4–7. 📖

We’ll be looking at some important rules and imperatives found in this passage and discovering together the antidote for anxiety that God gives us in His Word. 🙏

Our Harvest of Generosity Weekend is all about discovering the joy of giving, the joy of obedience, and the joy that comes from investing in God’s Kingdom.
