WONDERFULLY BLESSED!
We were wonderfully blessed with the presence of the holy Spirit among the congregation today to start the Blue Ridge Association meeting.
It was truly felt that he rained his blessings down upon us as we glorify him in songs of praise.
We rejoice in the gospel that was proclaimed by able-bodied men that stood before us in the spirit to proclaim his wondrous works

We're looking forward to his continued presence and blessings throughout this weekend for this gathering with the sole purpose to glorify our wondrous God in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
For any that may be coming tomorrow we will have breakfast at 9:30 in the lunch room.

The Annual 156th Blue Ridge Primitive Baptist Association Meeting:
We are pleased to announce that Fellowship Primitive Baptist Church will host the association meeting this year.
Located at:
5850 Double Head Gap Rd Blue Ridge Georgia

August 7th, 8th, 9th.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Services will start each morning at 10:00-12:00 / lunch - afternoon service till 3:00. Sunday service will start at 10:00-1200 /lunch/ Conclusion.
We have been continually blessed with the ability to meet out for worship and have enjoyed the sweet Fellowship and visitation with many that have visited the area, we welcome all to come visit.
Please share with all, we look forward to joining together with our brothers and sisters in Christ for congregational acapella singing, fellowship and worship service.
We're continually celebrate that Christ is the risen Savior! ❤️🙏

Acapella congregational song service we'll begin between 10:00 - 10:30 with the preaching of the Gospel at 11:00 a.m. we will then have covered dish lunch and fellowship at 12 all are welcome to stay and enjoy.

FYI,
Due to recent weather conditions more notably in Blue Ridge we will not be holding service tomorrow at the Fellowship Church.
I am sure most everyone has already assumed this or has spoke to someone.
We look forward to seeing everyone on our next worship time.

Mr. Dwain Darnell Mulkey, age 96 of Ellijay, GA, passed away on Sunday, December 14th, 2025.

Mr. Mulkey was born on February 22nd, 1929 in Ellijay, GA to the late Lesley Darnell Mulkey and Lula Tatum Mulkey. Mr. Mulkey was a front-end loader for Georgia Marble and was a member of the Fellowship Primitive Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Mr. Mulkey is preceded in death by his son, David Mulkey, and several brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his son, Mitchell Mulkey of Ellijay, GA; daughter, Linda Stanfield of Ellijay, GA; 8 grandchildren, Chad Stanfield, Trevor Stanfield, David Mulkey, Michelle Mulkey, Lesley Mulkey, Jenni Mulkey, Daniel Mulkey, and Jacop Sherill, and 5 great-grandchildren, Brantley Stanfield, Elora Stanfield, Riley Mulkey, Jasmine Mulkey and Amber Collins.

Funeral Services to honor the life of Mr. Mulkey will be held on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. from the Fellowship Primitive Baptist Church with Elder David Smith officiating. Congregational singing will be led by Elder Smith. Graveside Interment will follow in the N.R. Mooney Memorial Gardens. The following gentlemen will be serving as pallbearers: Chad Stanfield, Trevor Stanfield, David Mulkey, Jacop Sherill, Randall Mulkey, and Gary Prather.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 16th, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Food and flowers will be accepted in memory of Mr. Dwain Darnell Mulkey.

Bernhardt Funeral Home of Ellijay is entrusted with these arrangements.

PRAYER REQUEST FOR MULKEY FAMILY!
It is with a sad heart that we announce the passing of dear brother Duane Mulkey yesterday.
Brother Mulkey was our oldest member and blessed saint that always brought much love and joy in the house of worship.
Let us all please remember this family in prayer during this time of loss and sorrow.
We should pray for the Lord's grace, comfort and tender loving care to be upon them during the days weeks and months that lie ahead.
In the name of Jesus Christ we pray.
