Directions to Blue Mound Cowboy Church:
From the North (Chillicothe)
-Head South on HWY 65.
-Turn right (head straight, don’t follow 65) onto Z Blacktop.
-Go several miles and on your Right will be the Cowboy Church. Please park south of the church in the grass lot. Enter at parking lot at the Rock Quarry entrance.

From the South (Carrollton)
- Head North on 65
-TWO OPTIONS:
•Turn Left on Z before the Tina Station and follow the road (several miles) until you see the Cowboy Church.
OR
•Turn Left (west) on U after TA School and then turn right (north) Z and follow until you reach Cowboy Church. Please park south of the church in the grass lot. Enter the parking lot at the Rock Quarry entrance.

Please keep the family of Warren Hoyt in your thoughts and prayers!
*If you are coming to the visitation and funeral, please park on the south side of the church in the grass parking lot.*
We tried to make as much room inside the church as we could, but we will also have seating outside. The visitation and funeral are at the church. Graveside is at Blue Mound Cemetery. The Funeral Dinner is at Bishop’s Shop across the road from the church. Family, friends and church members are invited.

Come as you are — boots, burdens, and all. You are always welcome and loved.

Isiah 40:31 says “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

Join us on Sunday, September 13th and September 27th, for worship at Blue Mound Cowboy Church. Music begins at 7 AM, and Worship starts at 8 AM. Stay after for a FREE breakfast and fellowship! We often serve biscuits and gravy, eggs, breakfast burritos, fruit, juice, and more.

Running late? Don’t worry — we’ll always save a seat for you. Everyone is welcome here.

*The Air Conditioner will most likely be on in the church on hot Sundays, just letting you know! We are thankful for the air conditioner and all the seasons God has created.*

Bible Study is held on Tuesday nights, September 15th & September 29th, at 6:30 PM at the church. Come join us for friendship and fellowship. Bring your Bible — or if you need one, free Bibles are available for you or a friend. Snacks and little bottles of water are provided. *Depending on weather conditions, bring a lawn chair to enjoy Bible Study outside.*

Visitation is a 10 AM and Funeral is at 11 AM on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at the Blue Mound Cowboy Church. Burial will be held at the Blue Mound Cemetery, Blue Mound, Missouri. The register book will be available to sign at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Blue Mound Cowboy Church and/or Blue Mound Cemetery and may be left or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, PO Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
There is a funeral dinner following for family and close friends and church members.
*Church Members are asked to bring a dessert for the dinner, if able.*

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Warren Hoyt.

Warren was a valued member of our church family and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He welcomed to everyone to the church with open arms and doors. Please keep Warren’s family and friends in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

We are grateful for the time we were blessed to know him and for the memories he leaves behind. While our hearts are saddened by this loss, we find comfort in knowing that this is not goodbye forever.

Once arrangements have been made, they will be posted here.

Attention Church Comers from North Z:
There was road work done on Friday, August 21. There is now a bump/drop/canyon/valley in the road BEFORE Blue Mound Cemetery. Please be cautious of this area that was fixed.
Come as you are! We will see you tomorrow morning for music at 7. Worship at 8 with a FREE breakfast following!

Bible Study
There will be NO Bible Study this week (August 25th). Bible Study will start again on September 15th at 6:30 PM at the Church.
