Sales, Services, Permissible Use

**Opening and closing of graves for vaulted caskets or cremains. = Call for current information. b) Corner markers may not be placed until lot(s) are paid in full.
**Lot Usage
a)One Vaulted casket per lot
b)One or two (maxi

mum) cremations buried on one lot. (extreme or rare cases evaluated case by case)
4)Headstone(s) must not be larger than the width of the purchased lot(s)
5)Once a lot contains either a vaulted casket OR one cremation, it is considered USED.
6) Cremains will NOT be removed for placement of a casket on the same lot.
7) One or two (maximum) cremains may be buried on a vaulted casket. This is not always possible. Additional Land Care Cost = Graves are covered with anticipation of natural settling of the soil. This process can take up to one year. Grave lots are corrected AFTER natural settling has occured AND at the discretion of the care takers. a) Requests to "correct" grave sit(s) sooner, will be completed only after payment for the additional services is paid. b) Family and friends may not correct grave sites, consult care takers. Bloomington Cemetery Managment team is saddened to share that Dennis Wolfe Sr has passed away. Dennis Wolfe II has been doing the contracted mowing, trimming & some general upkeep, for the cemetery, for many years. His Dad, Dennis Wolfe Sr, was always around to help ensure that the cemetery was kept looking nice & helping to keep other needs met at the cemetery. His presence & his dedication & assistance over the years will certainly be missed. Our deepest sympathies to Dennis Wolfe II, Mr Wolfe’s wife & other family members. Praying for comfort during this most difficult time.

2021 Fund drive is under way for the cemetery. Mowing, trimming and general upkeep are afforded by the donations that we receive. The Cemetery is managed by a small group of volunteers. Make your donation today!! Yearly fund drive letters were mailed to those on our mailing list. If you would like to be added to the mailing list, please message us. Thanks to all of our faithful donors!! Yearly fund drive newsletters will be placed in weather proof boxes at the cemetery. Pick one up when you visit.

Bloomington Cemetery is in need of donations for the maintenance and upkeep of the cemetery for the 2020 season. If you have family, friends, loved ones, or own lots at the cemetery, please consider sending a tax deductible donation to continue to fund the upkeep. The cemetery is managed by a small group of volunteers. Work is contracted out. 2020 Fund drive letters will be mailed this week. Please contact us if you have questions. Thank You All.
