TOMORROW NIGHT at 7 pm youth and kids are invited to join Miss Kathi for Reverse Trick or Treating! 🎃🍭🍬

Come in costume if you choose. No, super scary costumes please. We don’t want to scare our friends or neighbors. We just want to show them God’s Love!

Miss Kathi does a great job of helping our kids understand the very hard questions in the Bible. Enjoy the video below to see what creative and fun way she teaches the kids we are made in the image of God!

Welcome our new Facilities Manager Mel!

I'm Mel Lunny and I'm excited to join Wesley UMC as the new facilities manager. I grew up in Clinton and spent 15 years in Bloomington, just up the street near Wesleyan, before moving to rural Heyworth 6 years ago. I've been a general contractor for over a decade, following college and six years working as a nurse. My wife, Krista, is the director of Adoption Support and Preservation at The Baby Fold. Together, we have three children and a busy household that includes dogs, cats, and chickens.

Outside of work, we're slowly remodeling our old farmhouse and enjoy flipping houses together as a family. Our kids keep us busy with multiple sports, speech, and theater so I spend a fair amount of time in the driver's seat getting everyone where they need to be.

I also volunteer with the high school play, mentoring students as they learn to design and build theater sets. When I have a little downtime, I enjoy trying to solve genealogy and family history puzzles.

I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone at Wesley and putting my skills to work helping care for the church and it's facilities. I'm especially to be happy to be a part of something where I am part of a team and get to stick around and see the results of my work!
