How do you Hear God??

Our friend Jeffery Vilai shared how he hears God!
"I hear God everyday when I wake up and before bed. He reminds me that everyday is a blessing because you have an opportunity to go out there and make a change. Whether that’s in your life or someone else's life. I feel the Holy Ghost when I am lost in life and just don’t know what to do. The Holy Ghost has taken me from bad situations and protected me. I thank God that I'm still here today to live this beautiful life he has given me, to get up everyday and create more of my life, to love myself for who I've become, repair and heal what I have once broken. God is my Savior and hero, as I continue to live my life. I’d like to be an example of Him. The one thing God has taught me from every trial I've experienced is just be a good person. Have a good heart, good soul, because kindness is the cure to pain. Thank you God for everything and I say these words in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen."

How does Faith help you to move forward in hard times??

Our friend Jenny Blake shared how her faith has helped her to continue to move forward through life!

"As I continue to navigate this life I have come to understand that all things are possible or endurable with Heavenly Father and Jesus by my side. I have always loved the phrase "FAITH makes things possible...not easy". My journey isn't easy but it is bearable because I know that I have a Heavenly Father who knows me and loves me and is in the details. His son, Jesus is my brother, friend and ultimate example. My life has been richly blessed as I've attempted to follow Jesus' example. In the process I have received confirmation time and time again that I am who my Heavenly Father wants me to be and I needn't adjust my actions to fit others expectations. I know that as I read the scriptures and follow Heavenly Father's guidance I am happier and I'm able to teach these truths to my children. I'm very grateful to be a wife and mother in this life and I know those blessings come directly from my Heavenly Father. With him I can endure the tough days and rejoice in the days of celebration." -Jennifer Blake
