This weekend was a great reminder that we need to remember God's promises instead of being paralyzed with fear. God often gives us clear directions and steps and the enemy will say no and suddenly we lock up with fear. Our greatest threat to what's next in our lives is the voice we listen to right now! Make sure you're in your Bible four or more days a week so God's voice is the loudest in your life.

We're headed into camp this weekend and here are some good questions to check in with your students before they leave:
1. What's a fear in your life that you'd love to get past? How can I help?
2. What are you most looking forward at camp and how can I pray for you this weekend?

We were in week two of Church Starts on Monday this past weekend with the students!
Our Big idea was- Selection Precedes Sending. Jesus chose you on purpose. Not because of what you've done, but because of what He sees in you. We spend so much time trying to believe in Jesus. But have you ever stopped to consider that Jesus believes in you. Mark 1:17 says "Come, follow me, and i will send you out to fish for people." Notice what Jesus says in the same breath. 'Come follow me'- that's the selection. 'And I will send you'- that's the sending. He doesn't separate the two. Being chosen by Jesus always moves toward something. It's never just for you!

Read Mark 1:15-18 with your student this weekend and ask your student- Is there anyone in your life that God is asking you to move towards? Have you listened to God and followed through? If not what's holding you back?

Yesterday was week two of Church Starts on Monday! We took a look at Acts 9 and the story of Ananias being sent to Saul. Our big idea for the week was Courage isn't the absence of fear, it's obedience in the presence of it. Everyone has a Saul in their life. Someone God is asking us to go to and be an Ananias for. Yesterday we encouraged the students to think of one person who's on their heart and send them an invitation to camp! We had over 100 invites go out for Summer Camp yesterday and we can't wait to see what happens as a result of your students obedience in real time!
