At evening service last night I was reminded of a movie from 1995 about the life of Joseph. I thought it was pretty well done and that maybe some of you might enjoy watching it as a follow up to the message on Sunday. Remember this is a Hollywood rendition so there is some creative license involved, but still might be a good watch to help bring this powerful story to life. I did find a version on Youtube. Enjoy.

Today we enjoyed a great meal together after church, then spent some time discussing The Well project and how each of us can engage. This project will take ALL of us. And the time for action is NOW. If you were not there today, I hope you will take a few minutes to watch this presentation and call to action for our BCC family. Hey Church family, last Sunday I mentioned the Bloomingdale Block Party we will be hosting on August 2. I hope you have already put it on your calendar! If you are on Facebook, I encourage you to go to the Bloomingdale Now page and look for, like and share the post I have put there. Help us get the word out! It's gonna be a great opportunity to love on our community.

If you are able to volunteer to help us with this event, please go into your Church Center app, click the calendar icon at the bottom and scroll down to the Block Party volunteer sign up image. There you can register and a member of the planning team will reach back out to discuss a serving assignment.

Hey, anyone out there got questions about the Bible's creation narrative and the scientific evidence that is purported to oppose it? Maybe you know a young person who has been indoctrinated in naturalism and its supporting theories being pushed by the secular education system. Maybe you simply want to be more prepared to answer the challenges from your annoying uncle Louie who is always berating you for believing in "myths and fairy tales" as a Christian.
