Friday, June 19th, Intermediate Camp concludes at 2 pm.

Registration for First Chance (completed first and second grades) is from 3 to 5 pm on Friday.

➡️If you are picking up AND dropping off campers, you're welcome to bring them at 2 while you're picking up.

➡️If you are NOT picking up any campers, please wait until at least 3 pm to come to give the other Intermediate campers a chance to get left.

Day Camp registration is 9:30-10 am on Saturday, June 20th.

First Chance & Day Camp will both conclude at 4 pm on Saturday.

Weather Update from Staff (June 10 at 6:20 pm): Tornado warning and major storms have passed for now. No property damage and all kids and staff are safely enjoying their dinner. Forecast looks like only rain and slight thunderstorm for the rest of the night.

Weather Update from Staff (June 10 at 5:50 pm): The campers are all down in the storm shelter. It’s lightening up now but still raining pretty hard. There was never much wind.

WHAT DO I BRING?

Bible, Notebook, Pen/Pencil, Water Bottle, Swimsuit (Females with a two-piece suit will be asked to wear a shirt over it.), Dress-Up Clothing, Light Jacket, Bedding, Pillow, Soap, Toothbrush, Deodorant, Towels, Toothpaste, Bug Spray, Missions Money (Free-will offering collected for the week’s designated mission), and Prescription Medicines.

If the camper is taking prescription medication please clearly label all medicines and write out dosage instructions (separate from the registration form) for the designated nurse. The original container with only enough medicine for the week is preferred. On the registration form, please mark which over-the-counter medicines we have permission to give your camper if the need arises.

Each overnight camp begins with registration from 3-5 pm on the first day. Campers should arrive during this time and check in at the Mess Hall before going to the dorms.

Each overnight camp ends at 2 pm on its last day except First Chance, which ends at 4 pm.

Day Camp is from 10 am to 4 pm with registration beginning at 9:30.

Tomorrow is the day! We’re so grateful for our volunteers so far this year—but we still need additional help to finish preparing camp. Our volunteers are an essential part of the ministry God is doing here. Many hands make light work! 😁🧼🧹

✝️Camp starts in less than two weeks, and we need your help!

🧼We’re getting everything ready for campers to arrive, and all of the dorms and the chapel need a thorough cleaning. Every swept floor, washed bed, and dusted pew prepares a place where campers can encounter God this summer. 🙏

➡️Join us this Saturday, May 23, from 9 am to 3 pm.

🍕We’ll provide Pizza Hut for lunch! If you plan to come or are bringing a group, please let us know so we can make sure we order enough for everyone.
