The Holy Spirt Was Moving on Pentecost!
Pentecost – the day we celebrate the Holy Spirit – isn’t as big as Christmas or Easter, but it’s deeply meaningful in Christianity. The Holy Spirit is special and powerful. It pushes us further, fills our sails and refines us to let us be closer to the Children-of-God we are intended to be.

We are experiencing more and more of the Holy Spirit these days and this Pentecost Sunday was special. Multi-language readings, confetti-cannons and Pentecost paper airplanes with hopes and gratitudes flew through the sanctuary, as did the spirits of the people.

Then, Pastor Shawn answered the most frequently asked question by the congregation, “Why did you decide to leave your corporate career to become a pastor?” The answer? He didn’t. That was listening to the still-speaking Spirit of God.

God is still speaking. Speaking to you. Listen. It will fill your sails and will take you on a journey beyond your imagination. Maybe not where you expected to go, but to amazing destinations that will change you and change the world.
