Easter is coming !! He drank in the praise as he rode humbly through the city reflecting it back into the heavens. Still among the crowd some were silent...no praise passed their lips.

Others catch a glimpse of Him and begin to run yelling with joy “Hosanna!! Save us! “

Their joy, their hope is based on His touch
He has healed them
He has fed them
He has raised them from the dead !!!

The praises frow louder as followers flock out of their homes and work place and join in the song for their King, their hope has arrived.
He will free them !
He will heal them !
He will feed them !!
He will not allow them to die !!

Together they shout as they throw their coats and palms before Him

“Hosanna!!! Hosanna!!!! Blessed is He !!! “

The religious leaders glare as children dance around Him “it’s Jesus, Save us! Hosanna!”

Jesus looks closely at the joy filled faces knowing in days they will scream “Crucify Him”

His love for them holds Him on the donkey for yes, He has come to save them.

The heavens join in the praise “Hosanna, Blessed is He!”

Satan coils and snaps as the Pharisees hiss
“Make them stop”

The earth waits ready to erupt into praise as Jesus answers “If they stop, these rocks will burst into praise “

He turns His gaze back to those He has come to save, He smiles as the breeze from the waving palms cool Him.

He will save them
He will save me

Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!!

Hosanna !!!

Dawn breaks

Jesus opens His eyes, sits up,smiles and throws off death’s garments

“He is risen!!”

The heavens break out in praise as His laughter fills the tomb

Worthy is the Lamb”

The earth erupts with song as his feet touch the ground ,the stone rolls back and the strongest of men faint at the glory of God,

He is Risen!

Death’s scream reverberates through eternity as Jesus leaves the tomb behind to welcome the morning light. He drinks in His creation, throws back His head in joy.

He is risen !!

Demons shriek, Satan curses as the universe explodes with Redemption’s song. The angels and all of the heavens join in the song-“Worthy is the Lamb who was slain”

He is risen!!!

This is my Jesus!

He hears the women coming and He smiles

“I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me yet though he dies, he will live.”

He is risen!!

Easter is coming !!

Women weep
Strong men hide
Death laughs
demons dance
the earth thunders and quakes
heaven goes silent

It is finished

the son of God is laid in a tomb.
Darkness reigns in the hearts of men for hope has died

and then...
Then ...

the angels turn to the throne

Worthy is the Lamb.. they know...they know...

All of heaven waits....heaven waits for the outbreak of praise that will shake the earth to its core...

Easter is Coming !!

They look to the Throne ...He answers with Thunder — Man’s sins have been paid for in full. Jesus’ sacrifice has paid the price for their sin - for our sins - for my sin

Heaven breaks out in praise —

Worthy is the Lamb ...He has made a way ... The Cloud of witnesses join in ....

The praise has only begun for Easter is coming !

but for now

the earth weeps....it cannot see past the darkness .... it cannot hear the praise for its wailing is too loud....

Earth cannot see through its pain and grief

my sins are covered....I am forgiven...He loved me till the end.....my full redemption waits...

heaven waits

He will rise...

Easter is coming !!

He drank in the praise as he rode humbly through the city reflecting it back into the heavens. Still among the crowd some were silent...no praise passed their lips.

Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Jesus, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples!”
I tell you,” he replied, “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.” Luke 19: 39-40

I hear a whisper “ do the stones cry out in your life?”
“No, Lord “ I quickly answer “ you know I thank you and praise you in my prayer life”

Again the whisper “ Do the stones cry out?”
“ okay “ I admit “ I have had a lot to pray about though Lord...but people know I love you”

Again the tender whisper, quietly without accusation “ are the stones crying out ?”
“Lord, you know I share your hope with others and ....as I pray I hear the stones crying out for my life is filled with prayers that plea these days with minimal praise.

And so I begin to praise Him as the cries of the rocks begin to grow faint in my ears. My heart is filled with peace and joy that always comes with praise.

He hears my pleas but He inhabits my praise.

Do the stones cry out in your life ?

May the stones remain silent in our lives and our heart and lips always carry His praise!

Hosanna ! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord !

Don’t believe the lie that you’re not as important as the mom, men.

Don’t believe that you are expendable.

Don’t believe that your sons and daughters can grow up without you.

Both boys and girls, teens and young men and women need their father- they need

Men who take the time to talk to you, men who teach you, men who inspire you without trying, and men who would rather laugh till they shook than yell. Men who are reasonable boundaries to protect not control, men who love their children sacrificially, and men who are in the parenting game for its entirety

Men who love Jesus and teach His ways

You matter men and today we honor you

Deuteronomy 1:31: "There you saw how the Lord your God carried you, as a father carries his son, all the way you went until you reached this place."

We recognize that this week and Mother’s Day itself can be painful to so many ...so our prayers today and this week are for those whose heart desires motherhood,but it alludes them.....may you find comfort in His arms and hear His song of love over you.

As we approach Mother’s Day, We pray for those moms whose little ones or grown children have slipped out of their arms and into heaven.

This week may you feel His comfort and rest in His love.
