✨ Celebrating 25 Years of Faithful Love ✨

Yesterday, we gave thanks to God for the beautiful gift of a Lisa Small celebrating her 25th anniversary of consecrated life. 🙏❤️

Through a special Mass, we celebrated 25 years of generous self-giving, prayer, service, and love for Christ and His Church. What a joy to witness a life offered wholeheartedly to God and to the mission of making His Kingdom present in the world!

Please join us in thanking God for Lisa's vocation and praying for continued blessings, joy, and abundant fruitfulness in the years ahead.

May Christ continue to guide, strengthen, and fill her heart with His love. ❤️

This summer, Ontario ECYD Summer Missionaries, led by Regina & Clara, answered Christ's call to serve in Canada.

Through ECYD Mission Corps, catholic high school students dedicate 4–8 weeks of their summer to serving others, growing in their faith, and helping young people discover the meaning of life in Christ.

Please keep all missionaries in your prayers as this incredible journey draws to a close!

Lisa Small, CRC [alongside Fr. Adam, LC] recently had the opportunity to help lead a women’s’ retreat with 21 young women in Toronto.
Retreats are a beautiful way to: hear God more clearly, to rest & be renewed, to deepen relationships with Christ, to gain clarity and direction and to grow in self-knowledge.

RC Detroit Women’s Section hosted an inspiring Morning of Reflection today with the theme ‘Called to Faith’. Mark your calendar for our next MOR on 3/21/26!
Call to faith: a divine invitation to trust in God, embrace His promises, and live in obedience, often requiring perseverance through challenges.

Lisa Small, Mariana Ortega and Fr. Stephen Ellis participated in the Archdiocesan Mass for the Day of Prayer for Consecrated Life on February 1st at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament, presided by Archbishop Vigneron. Fr Stephen concelebrated and Lisa read one of the readings.

Recently Fr. Terrance Allen, LC travelled to Tanzania with Fr. Patrick O’Loughlin, LC to Sun of Hope orphanage in work in setting up a future mission site for young adults in college to continue their ECyD/RC journey.
While there, they also got to participate in a celebration offering goats with the Holy Spirit Sisters. (see video) In Tanzania, the goat symbolizes wealth, life, heritage and spiritual connection. ✝️
