At Lutheran Northwest Service Day, 24 incredible students came to Cross of Christ and worked hard to help beautify our grounds. Their energy, servant hearts, and willingness to serve were truly a blessing to our church family.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated shovels, wheelbarrows, and supplies, and to those who gave their time to lead and guide these amazing students throughout the morning. Your generosity and support made this project possible, and the results are already making a difference.

We are deeply thankful for this wonderful partnership and for all who helped make the day such a success!

This past Sunday was full of the Holy Spirit's work. During our 10:30 service we decommissioned the Call Committee and thanked them for their years work. At the end of that service we gave blessing and thanks to Pastor Dan Flynn, who has faithfully served Cross of Christ as our Interim/Vacancy Pastor.

Later that Afternoon we celebrated the installation of Pastor Terry Baughman as our newly called Senior Pastor. It took many many years to get to this service. God had a plan!!! Welcome Pastor Terry!!!!!

Yesterday we celebrated Maundy Thursday. He had communion family style around large tables, similar to Jesus did at the last supper.

We continue our Holy Week celebration tonight with our traditional Good Friday dramatic readings. We encourage you to carve out some time to join us at 6:30pm

Yesterday we welcomed Andrew as a child of Christ Jesus. Andrew was a student of Pastor Dan's at Concordia. The class started a relationship that led to Andrew choosing to get Baptized.
