Benjamin Franklin wanted Moses on the national seal of the United States.

That's not a fun fact. That's a window into how the founders thought.

Rabbi Dubov sat down with the Jewish Learning Institute to explore the roots of Jewish mysticism, Kabbalah, and the teachings of Chassidus.

What is Jewish mysticism? Why was Kabbalah kept hidden for centuries? And why do Chassidic teachings and the Tanya consider these ideas essential for every Jew today?

In this in-depth conversation, Rabbi Levi Dubov explores the origins of Jewish mysticism, tracing its roots back to Mount Sinai, the teachings of the Zohar, the revelation of Kabbalah, the Baal Shem Tov's spiritual revolution, and the publication of the Tanya by Rabbi Schneur Zalman of Liadi.

This discussion offers a powerful introduction to the inner dimension of Judaism and the transformative teachings of Chassidus.

If you've ever wondered:
Who am I? Why am I here? What is the purpose of life? What does God want from us? This one is for you!

How are you celebrating America turning 250?

Introducing Sinai and Civics, our newest course debuting just in time for the nation's birthday.

While everyone is debating whether Jews belong in America, we went back to the original documents. The founders literally wanted Moses on the national seal. This course will completely change the way you see your country and your Judaism.

Dear Friends,

Last Chanukah, just moments before the first light of the menorah, we lost Rabbi Eli Schlanger HYD at Bondi Beach.

The pain and symbolism of that moment still feels impossible to process.

Now, one of his final gifts to the world has arrived.
Conversations with My Rabbi: Timeless Teachings for a Fractured World, by journalist Nikki Goldstein and Rabbi Eli Schlanger, is a deeply moving true story about faith, suffering, morality, healing, and what it means to live with integrity in a broken world.

After Nikki nearly died in an ICU in 2022, an unlikely friendship formed between a secular Jewish journalist and a deeply devoted rabbi. Their conversations became a search for truth, purpose, G-d, compassion, justice, and the kind of wisdom humanity desperately needs right now.

Weeks before they were meant to finish the book together, Rabbi Eli was murdered at Bondi Beach.

This book became his legacy.

Warm, human, profound, and accessible to people of all backgrounds, it carries Rabbi Eli’s mission forward: to bring more light, moral clarity, and hope into the world.

Please order a copy and share it with others.
This is how we keep his voice alive.
