We kicked off the weekend with our Summer Kickoff BBQ, bringing together congregants of all ages for an evening filled with great food, laughter, and community spirit.

On Friday night, we gathered for a truly special Shabbat as we began celebrating Rabbi Mark Miller and the incredible impact he has had on our Temple Beth El family. Joined by Artist-in-Residence Dan Nichols, whose visit was made possible through the generosity of the Alexandar David Burnstein Memorial Fund for Performing Arts, the evening was filled with uplifting music, meaningful prayer, and heartfelt moments honoring Rabbi Miller’s years of leadership, guidance, and dedication.

Last week, we celebrated our Pre-K graduates as they reached an exciting milestone. Each student received a Certificate of Completion and a special key to Temple Beth El, a reminder that they will always have a home here. Surrounded by family and friends, they closed one chapter and are prepared for the next. Mazel tov to our Pre-K students! 🎓

A few weeks ago, our Sisterhood and Brotherhood were off to the races at their Kentucky Derby celebration, and the competition was fierce! Guests enjoyed an evening of great food, exciting horse racing, and plenty of Derby spirit. And can we take a moment to appreciate those fabulous hats? It was a fun-filled evening.
