This past weekend, our parish joined together in a beautiful celebration of the Solemnity of Corpus Christi.
After Mass, we participated in a Eucharistic procession, accompanying Our Lord through our community in prayer and devotion. Together, we proclaimed our faith in Christ’s Real Presence in the Most Blessed Sacrament and asked His blessings upon our parish, our families, and our community.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this special day possible and to all who participated in this grace-filled tradition. May our love for Jesus in the Eucharist continue to grow each day.

On April 11th I was honored to be one of eighty Veterans who were on the Hudson Valley Honor
Flight down to Washington D.C. My friend,Kathy Buckley-Ward was my Chaperone. When I came out of the house at 4:45 A.M. I was shocked to see Debbie, Kerry, Agnes, Steve & Edwin outside my garage door with balloons and a sign that said "Welcome Joe." What a way to start a day. Then at Stewart Airbase I was surprised to see Trish, Patti, and her husband,
Patrick waving American flags and greeting both Kathy & I.
At Washington DC we saw all the memorials & the changing of the guard at Arlington National Cemetery. This was quite an honor to be right there in the front when they had the changing of the guard. We had dinner in Washington D.C. and then flew home. It was a day that I will always remember.
Thank you to Kathy for being with me on the trip. Thank you to the parishioners at St. Catharine's Church for your kind words. It meant a lot to me.

St. Catharine’s Vacation Bible School is now open for registration!
Join us for a fun and faith-filled week from July 13–17, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM.
We hope your child can be part of this special experience!
We are also looking for 10 volunteers ages 14 or over to help with volunteering in the classrooms! These volunteer hours can be used toward community service hours!

A great group from St. Catharine’s took a trip to the Historical sites in Rockland County on April 9th, 2026 . We had a beautiful day seeing the Rockland Historical sites & a delicious lunch. We had four great tours of the Haverstraw Brick Museum, Jacob Blauvelt House, lunch & tour of the 76 House & Dewint House. A few of us went to Lucas Candy for our chocolates & jellybeans in Haverstraw! The group on the trip were great and were very interested in the different tours. I was incredibly happy to do this trip. It was the first time I did not have a bus. We met at St Catharine’s Church parking lot and carpooled.

*Look for our second Historical tour of Rockland County this year. The places we will visit will be a surprise!*

Tonight at St. Catharine’s, we gathered for the 7:30 PM Mass of the Lord’s Supper followed by Veneration of the Blessed Sacrament.

It was truly beautiful, filled with the soft glow of so many candles and the fragrance and color of flowers. A peaceful, reverent evening that brought our parish together in such a special way.

Thank you to everyone who helped make it so meaningful, and to all who came to pray with us. 🤍

All donations will go directly to support local families in need during this sacred season of hope and renewal.
