Packing List and Attached Dress Code for Children's Camp:
- Clothing for 4 days including sleep wear (please note that the attached dress code will be enforced inside and outside the cabin in all common areas)
- Close toed shoes, some of the activities and areas at camp will not be available to students without proper footwear. Open toed shoes are acceptable outside of these recreation activities.
- Optional Swim Wear (again see attached dress code for appropriate options)
- Bedding and pillow to fit a twin size bed or a sleeping bag based off preference.
- A towel (preferably one that is easily recognizable to your student).
- A bible and something to write with (the church can provide Bibles to any student that needs one) (You are not allowed to use digital bibles in the tabernacle)
- All necessary toiletries i.e.: bodywash, shampoo, comb/brush, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair products, DEODERANT, and anything else your student needs for their daily routine
- Money is not necessary as all meals are provided and we will have regular snacks available. However, if your student would like to be able to go to the gift shop, icee stand, or other concession areas during free time they will need their own money. Most concession items are priced anywhere from $1 to $5. Sponsors will not be held responsible for keeping up with your childβs money.
- Life jackets are provided in the necessary swimming areas, but if your student would like a better fit or to skip the line some, they can bring their own as they are required in all swimming areas.
- Refillable water bottles. (if you have one you can write their name on even better)
- Electronic devices such as phones and tablets are allowed. However, sponsors are not responsible for making sure your students keep up with these devices and will take them away if they become a distraction during any teaching times. (We will also have a time each day where the kids are required to go outside and do some activity of their choice without electronic devices)
- Students are allowed to bring personal snacks/drinks with them, but we do ask please no energy drinks and absolutely no food or drinks other than bottled water will be allowed to be eaten in the dorms, only in the downstairs common area.
