Good morning everyone. Today is Wednesday June 3rd 2026.
What would give you cause to celebrate? Think for a moment.
Here is my answer, see what you think.
Revelation 19:7 " Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his wife has made herself ready."
If you look closely at the word celebrate, you will see within it the root of another familiar word: celebrity. Both have their origins in the Latin word for " Famous." Not every celebrity is famous for the best of reasons, but there is a person who is- and He will be celebrated for all eternity.
Revelation 19 describes the vision seen by the apostle John: the marriage supper of the Lamb and the return of Jesus Christ to earth as King of kings and Lord of lords. And the celebration of praise John heard for the Lamb was like " the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings" verse 6. There will be no paparazzi in heaven with their cameras, only the bride of Christ, the church, "arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright," praising the Lamb of God for making her righteous, washed clean by His shed blood. verse 8.
Now if you want to be part of that celebration, you must be ready for the translation {Rapture} - when Christ gathers His bride to Himself and takes her to heaven. It's a celebration you don't want to miss. Consider this: Faith is the marriage of the soul to Christ. Pastor

Good Tuesday morning to you all. Today is June 2nd 2026. Consider these words of Judah, " There is so much rubbish that we are not able to build the wall." Nehemiah 4:10.
Follow along. Nehemiah is known as the great builder and rebuilder.
Under his guidance, the people of Israel cleared the rubble and constructed walls nonstop.
A month into their unending work, Judah told Nehemiah, " The strength of the laborers is failing, and there is so much rubbish that we are not able to build the wall." Nehemiah was dealing with a group of discouraged builders. Longing to see progress, they could only see rubbish in need of removal.
Nehemiah's remedy was to organize and encourage the Israelites. He first reminded them that God was with them. Then he assigned them to work in shifts so they could rest regularly. Each family was given their own section of the wall to complete. With these changes came a renewed sense of community and focus.
It's easy to become discouraged when you are isolated and tired. Perhaps you have worked late and are tired. Maybe things have happened in your family that have made it seem impossible to get any real rest. Follow Nehemiah's example, work within your church family to be restored and to defeat discouragement. Every time we have employed that process it has been a great success. Many turn out and we have great conversation and the work is completed in no time and we all share the work load God is always faithful. Pastor.

Good morning. today is Monday June 1st.
2026. 1 Thessalonians 4:17. " Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.
The death of a loved one through prolonged illness, serious memory impairment, or unexpected trauma is a life- changing experience. How comforting to know that God sees each tear and hears each cry. He also sees the joyful reunion that awaits believers.
"In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet... the dead will be raised incorruptible " 1 Corinthians 15:52.
The imagery describing the Rapture is noteworthy: In biblical times ambassadors were sent to usher a visiting king into a city. That's what Almighty God has planned for us. He's sending Jesus, the King, to es**rt the living and those who have died into heaven never to be separated again.
We do sorrow when death parts us from loved ones- but not without hope. The Cross removed the sting of death that permanently separates. If you are grieving a loss today, meditate on the destiny that awaits believers- that most blessed reunion in His heavenly kingdom It will bring peace to your heart and mind.

Good morning Today is Sunday May 31st 2026.
Matthew 24:27. As the lightening comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.”
More than a hundred lightening bolts strike the earth each second. That’s nearly ten million lightening strikes a day.
Lightening is a River of electricity rushing through the air, traveling at the speed of 60.000 miles per second. A lightening bolt can be ten miles long and brighter than 10 million 100-watt lightbulbs
In the split second, a single flash can generate as much voltage as all the electrical generating plants in the United States.”
Jesus said that we don’t have to be worried about the exact time of His coming, and we shouldn’t be deceived by those making false predictions. When He comes, there will be no doubt. As lightening flashes from the east to the west, splitting the sky in a millisecond, so will His coming be,
The next time you see a bolt of lightening cleave the sky, think of it as a reminder that His coming is near. Pastor.

Good Sunday morning. Today is May 31st 2026.I am experiencing technical difficulties with the devotion this evening. If I can get this straightened out I will put the devotion on.

Good Saturday morning. Today is May 30th 2026.
Romans 8:15 “You received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, ABBA, Father.”
The apostle Paul uses the illustration of adoption to explain how we are drawn into the family of God. We are alone, bound in sin, until we are found by God and welcomed into His family.
Because of His love and Grace, we are adopted as His own children. Ephesians 1:5.
In the first century, an adopted son was chosen by his father to carry on the family name and inherit his estate. There was nothing inferior about this son.In fact, Bible scholar F. F. Bruce suggests that because of the father’s intentional choice, the adopted son “might well enjoy the father’s affection more fully and reproduce the father’s character more worthily.”
Our place in God’s family gives us great rights and privileges, but it also gives us responsibilities. Since your Heavenly Father chose you to be a part of His eternal family, live up to that calling today by asking Him to reproduce His character in your life. All are equally welcome to Christ, and all have an equal need of Him. Pastor.

Good Friday morning. Today is May 29th 2026.
Most people don’t like change in their daily routine. Major changes in life are sometimes difficult to accept. But Psalm 55: 19 tells us,
“Because they do not change, therefore they do not fear God.”
Remember this number: 318. That’s the number for change, and people who fear God are changing every day.
Second Corinthians 3: 18 says, “We all, with unveiled faces, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory.”
Second Peter 3:18 says, “Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”
You can change. None of us is the same person we were a year ago or a decade ago. Our bodies are changing-there’s no denying that. But our minds, hearts, habits, personalities, and relationships are changing too. We just need to make sure we are changing for the better, that we’re being transformed from glory to glory, that we’re growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ. Those who refuse to change are not fearing God, because those who love Him are changing every day. Don’t be afraid to make some changes in your life, and don’t be afraid to let Christ change you from within. Paul recorded in Romans 12:2, “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind”
I’ll go anywhere as long as it is forward. Pastor.

Good morning. It is Thursday May 28th 2026.
Learning to forgive is important.
John 8: 32. “You shall know the truth, and the truth will make you free.”
When we forgive someone, we’re not minimizing the harm the person caused nor condoning the sin that was committed. We’re simply choosing to place the offense in the nail-scarred hands of Christ.
In his book Forgiveness….The Ultimate Miracle,
Paul J. Meyer shares a story about a woman named Renee who hated her father because of long-term abuse. When Renee became a Christian at the age of forty-one , she faced a dilemma. She knew she’d been forgiven of all her sins through Christ, but she had no desire to forgive her father. As she studied the Bible, however, she began to realize that forgiveness isn’t a feeling but a requirement. One day she prayed to God: “I, Renee, release my father into your loving arms. Please release me from the bo***ge of unforgiveness.” Her attitude toward her dad began to change, and so did his own heart. He eventually confessed Christ as his Savior and was baptized at the age of eight-four.
Learning to forgive others helps both the forgiven and the forgiver. Forgiveness does not mean we have to allow ourselves to be mistreated. It does mean that we allow God to work in our lives and in the lives of the people against whom we hold bitterness.” Pastor.

Good morning. Today is Wednesday May 27, 2026.
Do you remember these words from a hymn?
“Could we with ink the Oceans Fill?”
2 Corinthians 3:3 “You are an epistle, written not with ink but by the Sprit of the living God.”
This may be a difficult illustration, but here we go. According to the British Medical Journal, a seventy-six-year-old woman visited her doctor complaining of stomach problems. When the scans came back, doctors were amazed to see a long object in her stomach. It was an ink pen!
The woman remembered having put a pen in her mouth, losing her balance, falling, and swallowing the pen-twenty-five years earlier. Her doctor at the time didn’t believe her, and the X-ray equipment didn’t detect a pen, so nothing was ever done.
Now here’s the remarkable thing:,when surgeons removed the pen, it still worked.
Sometimes we feel like we’re being swallowed up in troubles, trials, pressure, and problems. But our God watches over us just as He watched over Jonah in the belly of the great fish.
Jonah chapter 2. Trials produce testing, but from testings come testimonies. No matter what trials come our way, we never lose our message of salvation. We never run out of ink to share the Good News. Because of Christ, we can always write these words from the classic hymn:
“Great is Thy faithfulness!”
Most of the world around you doesn’t read the Bible. So, God gives the world a living epistle-
you. Pastor.

Good morning. Today is Tuesday May 26,2026.
John 20:25. So Thomas said to them, “unless I see the nail prints in His hands and put my hand into His side, I will not believe.”
The disciple named Thomas is usually referred to as “ doubting Thomas” because of his insistence on walking by sight, not by faith, regarding the resurrection of Jesus. But let’s not be too hard on Thomas. There are many aspects of biblical experience that stretch the rational mind. The Bible is not irrational, but it can be transrational-asking us to believe things that transcend our understanding ( the Virgin Birth, miracles, the resurrection of Christ and at the same time, people who were known to be dead walking the streets of Jerusalem, and many other things. We are to except them by faith.
Let’s give Thomas credit for being honest enough to articulate his doubts in precise language. He wanted to see the resurrected Christ- and evidence that it was really Him-before he committed himself to such a revolutionary event. Thomas would have had a problem if, after seeing Christ, he still refused to believe. It’s one thing to ask for evidence or understanding; it’s another to reject the evidence or understanding.
God is not threatened by our doubts. He is the One who says, “Come now, and let us reason together.” (Isaiah 1: 18.) We could say of Thomas,
Good question. When Thomas saw he believed, and declared, “My Lord and my God.”
Jesus said to Thomas, blessed are you Thomas because you saw and believed. Blessed are those who have not seen, but still believe in Me.”
Turn your doubts to questions; turn your questions to prayers; turn your prayers to God and by faith believe. Pastor.
