Saw this today and HAD to repost it here!

It can be so easy to get caught in the every day hustle and bustle of motherhood. With some having the added responsibilities (joys!) of being a wife and being a full time worker, it can be simply… overwhelming.

The laundry piles up, the dishwasher is full, the kids’ homework needs to be checked, you have to drink MORE water, move your body, and don’t forget to do your skin routine!

Take a few minutes.
Breathe slowly in for 8 seconds and release for 8.
Go outside and hear the birds chirp and feel God’s gentle breeze on your face.

Remember those beautiful babies inside?
God has a specific, intentional, and beautiful plan for every single one of them.

Remember the days we prayed for this?
How beautiful is it to live in God’s blessing!

April 11th @ 9am at Bethel Church!

This meeting, we’ll be focusing on learning more about amazing names of God and how we can bring His strength into our daily
lives. Led by several leaders, we’ll be focusing on table talks for a more intimate meeting.

We will also have our Spring “mom swap” at this meeting. If there are spring/summer clothes you would like to bless another mom or child with please bring them! Prior to the meeting, please have the gently loved clothes washed and arranged by size for easy organization on the tables. If there are any toys or childcare items you are bringing, please make sure everything is cleaned and has the appropriate parts.

As always, childcare is free for children 10 and younger. If you have a youth over the age of 13 that would like to help with childcare, please let us know! Monetary donations will be accepted at the meeting if you are able.

We look forward to celebrate the Lord’s faithfulness with you at this meeting!

We were so honored to have Nancy Davis share with us this morning about the wonders of the honeycomb! We pray you were blessed and encouraged!

Good morning Mindful Moms 🌸

We pray that this holiday season has been a restful, rejuvenating, and lovely time with your families and loved ones.

Our first Mindful moms of 2026 will be held next Saturday, January 10 from 9 -11:30 AM at Bethel Church! Come, grab a friend, and enjoy a time of encouragement, friendship, and camaraderie.

As always, we will be enjoying breakfast together and childcare is provided for children under 10 years old. If you have a youth aged child that would like to help us with childcare, please DM us!

** Bring your favorite winter recipe to share with the group as we start to grow our Mindful Moms 2026 cookbook! We will be bringing one seasonal recipe per meeting to make a big cookbook by the end of the year! **

The McPeters family travelled to Colombia to adopt sweet Luke Ángel, whom they met 344 days prior. They have been through many hardships getting to this point to finally bring their little boy home, and now he is here!
