At IBC it is our vision to be “Sharing God’s Passion for People.” We believe that God is passionate about people! Jesus came to seek and to save those who were lost (Luke 19:10). We want His passion to become ours. Having passion for people means we have a desire to REACH everyone. That doesn’t just mean gaining participation in programs. It means growing people through a process. The acronym REA

CH helps define the process for the growth God wants to accomplish in every persons’ life:
