Yesterday our church had the honor of bestowing the title of Deacon Emeritus to Frankie Hair. Frankie has served on the Deacon board for 56 years. Our church is thankful for his many years of serving. All of his children and grandchildren and great children were able to come and be a part of this special service. We thank you Frankie and JoAnn for all you both have done for our church family.

Due to weather conditions not looking to improve tonight and into tomorrow morning the decision has been made to cancel all morning services for tomorrow, February 1. Please stay safe and stay warm.

We will not have Sunday School this morning. There is a very thin layer of ice on steps and walkways. The temperature is forecasted to rise above freezing at 9:00 this morning. We will have regular worship at 10:45 as normally scheduled.

We recently found a key fob to a vehicle at the church in the cemetery. Someone visiting a grave had to drop it. We are hoping to return to the owner because we know these things are expensive to replace. If this is yours or you know who it belongs to please send us a message on here or call the church at 803-284-4142 and leave a message of the type of vehicle this is to and we’ll gladly return it to you.
