Wedding bells were ringing for Jennifer York and Chad Ellett on May 14 at Butterwood. It was so wonderful to have another wedding to celebrate in our small church. Jennifer is a descendent of our church's founder. We wish the best for them !

The wrought iron gate that was stolen from the Prosise family plot has been recovered and two arrests were made. Within the past year the large and very old pulpit Bible was stolen. Very sad when people steal from a church which is a place that offers comfort and forgiveness and is open to people of all faiths. It seems we will have to look into security measures to preserve and protect our 158 year old Church. 😞

Hello Everyone ! "Those who trust in the LORD are like Mt. Zion, cannot be shaken. As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the LORD surrounds his people, both now and forever." Psalm 125.
Today is a wonderful day the LORD has made! In this Coronavirus, the LORD will surround his people and protect us ! Let us pause each day at 6:00 pm and offer our prayer to the LORD for guidance, safety, and peace for each other! Amen.
