Blue Ridge Encampment Blue Ridge Encampment is a family oriented camp sponsored by the churches of Christ. Mark your calendar for July 28 - August 1, 2014. R. Holton and J.W.

Blue Ridge Encampment was conceived by the late A. Brents, with the first Encampment being held in 1951. For a number of years, A. Holton served as director. He was followed by Ira North, who did much to make the Encampment prominent in the brotherhood. For the past couple of years or more, Bill Watkins of the Creive Hall church of Christ has directed the Encampment. Past directors have included J.M. Powell, Jimmy Mankin, and Mark Smith.
