Pentecost is not a footnote in the Christian story.

It is the moment the Church is clothed with power from on high.

As Pentecost approaches, may we not rush past this sacred season. Jesus told His disciples to wait for the gift of the Holy Spirit — not as a symbol, but as power for witness, renewal, and life.

What if this year we approached Pentecost with expectancy?

What if we prayed before church:
“Come, Holy Spirit. Fill me afresh and fall upon me in power.”

Seek the Spirit.
Welcome the wind.

Miki joined our staff in February, bringing 25 years of nonprofit finance experience from World Magazine. She has already jumped in wholeheartedly—not only learning the work, but embracing the vision and mission of PRMI.

Miki and her husband live in Asheville and attend the church they helped plant. We are grateful to have her serving with us in this new season!
