We serve the following communities: Freedom Seymour Black Creek Nicholas Bear Creek Hortonville Issar Dale Medina Stephenville and parts of New London-Onedia-DePere

We are an emergency assistance program. We help families with food, rent, utilities, medical, and other emergencies. We offer five special based programs during the year, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Back To School and ect. We are Always looking for donations!
