We want to take a moment to share an important update with both students and parents in our Bismarck community.
In the coming season, Joshua will be transitioning off our staff team. Over the past few months, he and Dana have taken intentional time to pray, process, and seek the Lord regarding their calling. Through that, they’ve found clarity that this next season will lead them into the marketplace, pursuing entrepreneurial opportunities while continuing to live missionally and stay connected to the local church.
We’re incredibly grateful for Joshua—for the way he’s led, invested in youth and young adults, and genuinely cared for and pastored people. This transition comes from a desire to follow what God is leading next, and we’re committed to supporting and praying for both him and Dana as they step into this new season. They are not planning to leave our church community, and you will still see them around Evangel’s ministries.
At the same time, we’re really excited about what God is doing right here at Evangel Youth.
Pastor Andrew and his wife Macie, will be moving back from our Garrison campus to join our Bismarck staff, and Andrew will be stepping into an additional Youth Pastor role, serving under Pastor Lisa. Andrew carries a heart for students, a passion for discipleship, and a desire to build something that lasts, and we truly believe his leadership will help strengthen what God is already doing in this generation.
Students, this is your moment to lean in.
Parents, this is your moment to pray, support, and stay engaged.
We believe God is building something special, and we’re expectant for all that’s ahead.
