We were invited to both health fairs to provide a chair massage and do a small Health screening. Come and enjoy relaxing massage and while you are there, we will tell you your Health Age based on 7 simple questions. 🌸

2023 is here and many people will still have new year resolutions. We would like to encourage you in the path of health and well-being, so we would like to invite you to our first Health Club this year, where we will host a special naturopathic doctor Regina Sampayan, B.C.N.D. who will talk about the importance and amazing benefits of magnesium.
After her my Sylvia will present new recipes, followed by samplings. Please come and taste and enjoy time together.
