Hi Chaplains in Birmingham! I am in Mobile, AL now at USA Health, therefore I will no longer be on the Spiritual Care Week Committee for Birmingham. I may start one for south AL eventually. Other committee members will continue this page and the SCW meeting and network for Birmingham. Blessings to all my friends in Birmingham! Kim Crawford Meeks

The Spiritual Care Week Committee of Birmingham has not forgotten about everyone this year. As you all know, it is very difficult to decide whether to schedule in-person meetings or virtual. We prayed about it and waited patiently to come to a decision, and decided to offer virtual options this year. We certainly hope to be back together at a beautiful retreat space next year. We apologize for the very late notice, but hope it will not be difficult to participate since these virtual meetings can be joined from home or work.

We do have some amazing speakers and topics to offer!

The Stations of the Cross were offered in the Rosary Prayer Garden at Ascension St. Vincent's Blount. These Traditional Stations were built by Greg Brown, Hospital Administrator and erected by the Knights of Columbus Council 13512. The Scriptural Reading and Reflection for each of the Stations are presented by the associates at ASTV Blount and by friends in the community. As you listen, pause for a moment after each Station to reflect on what that Station means to you in your life today.
