We are so thankful for the encouragement and partnership of First Baptist Church Hoover. The City Ministries/ESL team, Iglesia La Conexion, and Birmingham Cross Cultural Connections were invited to enjoy a fellowship breakfast and update the church on what the Lord has been doing in Hoover through each of these ministries.

We are so blessed to labor alongside FBC Hoover!

Yesterday was the ESL Commencement Ceremony for the 2023-24 year. Certificates of participation and completion were handed out to each student, laughs and stories were shared, and we even learned that country that consumes the most watermelon is China. Did you know that?

Gate City Festival was a blast!

The Vine Church brought together area partners like Brook Hills, Oak Tree and Oliver Elementary School to help families have fun in the sun, eat yummy food, and worship Jesus together today.

Don’t forget April 7th is Love Oliver Sunday at Brook Hills! Come by the community room to meet some of these partners and have a yummy donut 🍩

Ms. Rita, age 65, is raising 7 grandchildren between 3-12, plus an adult autistic son and adult disabled daughter. Their home caught fire on Saturday night and she’s in the hospital for smoke inhalation and her son in the burn unit facing skin grafts.
