Holy and Gracious God, we present before you these graduates, and we ask for your blessing.
Yesterday they were our children.
We took vows at their baptism.
We made crafts with them at Vacation Bible School.
Yesterday they were our teenagers, making too much noise and growing up too fast.
Today, when they are no longer children and not yet adults, we place them again in Your hands.
We thank you for their families, their teachers and coaches. We thank you for friendships formed
That will last the rest of their lives. As tomorrow beckons, may their paths be guided by Your love,
Their perspective shaped by Your hope, and their hearts grounded in Your peace.
Thank you for who they have been, who they are before us now, and who you are calling them to be. We offer these prayers in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

WELCOME LINLEY!

After weeks of prayer and discernment from our youth ministry search team, we are so excited to welcome Linley Splawn to the Element Staff.

Linley will be serving in a dual role as our Community Director, working across all campuses with a focus on programs like Element Cafe and student involvement, and as the Hoover Campus Youth Director as we prepare for our new campus launch in August 2026.

Linley comes to us with years of experience through YoungLife Ministries and is a Birmingham native. Linley is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. In her free time, Linley loves to travel, try new restaurants, and going on walks with her dog, Cooper.

In Linley’s words, she is excited to connect with students, support them as they grow in their faith, and help them become who they were made to be. She is also grateful to step into such an encouraging community here at Trinity.

We are really excited for you all to meet her and to see the ways she will shape and strengthen Element in this next season. Linley’s first day is June 1!

Please join us in prayer as we prepare for all that God has in store for Linley and our community.
