Apostolic Way Holy Church of the True and Living God, Inc. On November 5, 2005, Dr. May was consecrated as Bishop by Bishop G.F. Austin of P.A.W. A.W. We strive to keep our personal lives in the will of God.

The Apostolic Way Holy Church of the True and Living God, Inc., was founded on July 4, 2004 in Birmingham, Alabama, by the Late Dr. Elvis May, after leaving Greater Pratt City AOH of which he served as pastor for over 22 years. Elder Doris May, who was later consecrated as Overseer, remained as the assistant pastor. Church began worshipping at our current location (1661 18th Pl SW Bham Al. 35211) on September 1, 2013. On November 21, 2015, Bishop Elvis May consecrated Overseer Doris May to the position of Pastor. We Believe-
• in the Apostolic Doctrine (1 Cor. 15:1-4)
• in the Name of Jesus (Matt. 1:21)
• we should carry out the Great Commission of Jesus Christ (Matt.
28:19-20)
• in Water Baptism in the Name of Jesus (Acts 2:38)
• in receiving the Holy Ghost as they did on the day of Pentecost (Acts
2:1-4)

Our Mission-
Having been led as saints by the Word of God to receive Jesus as our Savior whose every command we shall seek to follow. We encourage members to repent of their sins, be baptized in Jesus’ Name and receive the Holy Ghost, to walk and work together in Christian love, to encourage spiritual growth, to faithfully adhere to the Apostolic Doctrine as taught in the Bible.
