Brothers Helping Brothers (BHB)
Mentoring Young Men. Building Stronger Futures.

Brothers Helping Brothers is a mentoring program based in the Kingston Community, focused on empowering young men ages 5–18 through guidance, support, and positive role modeling.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to District 4 City Councilman JT Moore for his generous $1,000 contribution to the continued success of our program.

The mentors of BHB, along with the entire Lighthouse Church Ministries congregation, deeply appreciate your support and commitment to our youth.

Join us TODAY at 5:00 PM for our Thanksgiving Feeding 🦃🍽️ in the community! Let’s ensure no one goes without food during this season of thanksgiving. 💛

Then, at 6:30 PM, stay for Bible Study 📖 as Pastor LaTonya McCurdy Seals closes out our Leadershift series. 🙌🔥 Childcare 🧸👧 will be provided during Bible Study, and we’ll feed all attendees afterward with a take-home dinner 🥡 to enjoy.

One takeaway from Pastor CJ Anderson that blessed my whole soul: Stop waiting on perfect people to fulfill the vision—use what you have. Trust GOD and your people. Give them your heart and let them run with it.

This word set me free! GOD has sent so many new people who are willing and ready to help, but out of fear, I’ve been holding back, trying to do everything myself. Today, I choose freedom. I choose to trust GOD and the people He’s placed around me.

Thank you, Pastor CJ Anderson, for pouring into us at Lighthouse! This has shifted my mindset and my heart in a powerful way.
