Mission Trip Birdsboro & Beyond (MTBB) is an independent nonprofit that brings together churches, community groups, businesses, and volunteers to serve neighbors in need. Each year, more than 100 volunteers provide free home repairs and community improvements for those who cannot manage the work themselves—whe
ther due to financial hardship, physical limitations, or other challenges. Founded in 2014 as a small church ministry, MTBB has grown into a broad community movement rooted in Christ’s teaching to “love your neighbor.” Its mission goes beyond fixing homes: volunteers also offer companionship, prayer when desired, and a visible reminder that no one is forgotten. For homeowners, the repairs bring relief and dignity; for volunteers, the experience offers spiritual growth and the joy of serving others. Open to all people regardless of faith, race, or background, MTBB embodies Christ-like love in action—breaking down isolation, building community, and shining a light of kindness and grace throughout Birdsboro and beyond.
