Matthew 10:32
Whoever acknowledges me before others I will also acknowledge before my father in heaven.

This is a reminder to be missional in your daily life. Remember to keep our shepherd close and at focus, not only in private but in public. For he is the one who delivers us from our sin by his sacrifice. By his sacrifice he has become our salvation.

Remember the men on the crosses. As Jesus hung in torment a thief turned to say “come on if you are the all knowing and powerful son of god. Surely you can get yourself and off of this cross, come on wish this all away and get us down”, then another man turned to say, all on their crosses, “you foolish man we are up here for we deserve to be. But this is the living son of god Jesus Christ”. Where then he asked Jesus humbly, “Lord please will you remember me” Jesus without hesitation made an eternal promise such as he has for all of us. “I promise you this today, you will be with me in heaven.”

Had not Jesus went up on his cross we may all be subject to damnation. He very well could have come off and away from the perverse sick nature of the ignorance of the sin of the men who persecuted him.

I remember the days of Jesus temptation by the devil after fasting in the desert for 40 days and nights. In hunger and exhaustion the devil took him to the holy city and took him to the pinnacle of a temple and told him “if you are the son of god” to cast himself to the ground “for it is written surely the lords angels concerning you would not allow your heel to ever touch the ground”.

In Matthew 4:7 Jesus gave us an assurance of his continued humility. When he proclaimed. “It is also written: ‘Do not put your lord to the test’”

Please be reminded by these teachings that we are to remember and have faith in our shepherd in that we are called to be. And to not put our faith to the test for it is written. It is written that we must remain faithful and missional.

Today I would like to take the time to reflect on our spare time. Including even my own. How many of us find ourselves consumed by our daily lives, work, habits, and hobbies? I know that in regards to myself I find myself often overwhelmed in my daily life. Yes I may work my 40 hours, but the home life is also in play. Whether it is cooking or cleaning, taking care of the family even. What do we accomplish in our spare time? We find it very hard not to distract ourselves with non beneficial activities. I too often watch reels or videos on my phone. I’ll sit down and play games or even watch tv for what can almost blindly turn into hours.

The question again being where does all this time go? Personally I feel like I’m losing time. I am fortunate to yet sometimes catch and limit myself in those engagements, while most times I unfortunately stay encumbered in mindless activities. Who else can relate?

I myself intended last weekend to record and release my testimony. I did record it I gave it a shot but feel the need to try again. I intend to build a shed outside, yet have only gathered the materials and haven’t made but my base. I intend to engage in my page and in my faith through being missional and praying, yet I find myself missing these important engagements.

We must remember to take the time to readdress our inner focus. To take a breath from all of our distractions. And focus on the importance of our lives, of our souls, of our homes, and of our families. We can be reassured of our purpose when we take this time and pay it forward to our shepherd and pray for patience.

On this sabbath day I would like to remind everybody that we must stay on track with the light on our path. Yet we may stumble his hand is on us and will not allow us to fall or be misaligned with his path. Our lord will guide us wherever we are meant to go. All we must do is trust in him and he is with us to keep us diligent in our duties.

The lord calls us to be missional. To speak the word of god in our private and public lives. The lord proclaims that we are the church and to go to each corner of the earth and spread his message. Therefore the church is not your savior. We are all called to faith through Jesus Christ amen.

Ephesians 2:4-5
But God’s mercy is great and he loved us very much. Though we were spiritually dead because of the things we did against God, he gave us new life with Yeshua. You have been saved by gods grace.

I seen this verse after a visit with my son. I even took the chance to journal about it. A bit. But unfortunately I am caged in a war of the court process. I was once a very detestable version of myself. And for such I was awarded the proper consequences. But that also separated me from my son. Two years ago I got out of a two year incarceration. He was born after I was admitted, conceived shortly before..

Why do I talk about this? Because indirectly my transgressions affected my son. He was left without me and knowing me. Sure I made the proper steps and continue in those footholds to maintain a positive and growing connection with him. But he has suffered for my sins.

I am helped with a verse like the one from Ephesians, to know that this was my doing as a sinner unsaved. But to also recognize that as soon as affirmed my faith in the Shepherd I’ve been guided in a path of rightousness. That I alone could never conquer. That I prevail because my brother Yeshua is beside me in each step as I follow the Father. The father has turned me from a child to a man. Brought greed to content, brought lust to satiation, brought anger to humility. The father made me the father I need to be. And he is not done.

I know I am held and watched in my path, I am assured to “be strong and courageous, For the lord is with me wherever I go.” Joshua 1:9

Right now somebody near to me and my family is experiencing complications in their health. Romans 8:18 “Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later.”

I know however that everything will be as it is to be. And not to dwell in the negatives. Psalm 34:18 “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.”

I may be dismayed at the plausibility of our fates but am assured that for all in faith. Psalm 73:26 “My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion forever.”

Nothing can separate us from the grace and healing of our father and brother. Just as we must lift up such earthly figures in our lives. Our loved ones at home deserve the love and respect of our love come from heaven. With faith we persevere beyond body and mind.

The lord is with us always as he is with my family, he is with you and yours. Lift up your people and your people shall be blessed no matter which home they return to.

Today I would like to reflect on our countries day of Memorial for our fallen soldiers. The men and women who died in the name of God and country. Not only here at home do we see great loss at the hands of evils set before us. But as well in the valleys of our lords holy lands. People to this day lay down their lives all in the protection of the freedom and liberty to love and life that we all are graced with.

I look out and I imagine the tears of our fallen today. As I think about the state of decay that our country is facing, whether it be political, or cultural. We are in decline. Our allies in the holiest of lands face terrorism while we face it in a different form. Many would say of our veterans this is not the freedom we have been fighting for. And most would agree. I reflect on Romans 8:38-39

“For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Hold firm to your faith and the lord will never abandon you. To our fallen we must remember their sacrifice as we remember the sacrifice of our shepherd. In the face of adversity and persecution, through our Father in faith we will persevere against anything wrought against us by the evil of hell and earth.

As in war our warriors have adorned their gear and armors. We are also provided with the full armor of the lord. As written in Ephesians 6:10-18

The Armor of God

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

Today is the first day and first of many steps to take, this page is dedicated to the love and worship of our Father YHWH. And the hopes and message given to us by Yeshua. We aim for nothing more than to spread the message of salvation, testimonies, verses and insights into faith. But most importantly to do it on and within our true Sabbath day.
