Yesterday as I was picking up a friend fo go to the grocery store. A young man approached my car frantic about needing to get to his appointment on time. As he talked he said how he prayed for help. After hearing what he had to say I introduced myself. This man was practically in tears because he prayed and his prayers were answered. This is exactly what Yager Ministries is about. Helping others. It is my personal goal to reach as many as I possibly can and with your help we can make Broome County great once again, one life at a time . I know we are a strong community we just need to pull together and make the vision of a better place a reality

Good Morning Family and Friends! This morning I come to you asking you to look around today as you are out running errands or going to work. Look around and see what our community has really turned into. With the closure of many of our mental health facilities and lack of resources for the homeless, our community which was once a community we could be proud of is really turning into a community that needs our help.
What does our community really have to offer anymore? I know personally as I drive around I see such sadness and this is even before the Covid pandemic hit. I know things are not easy, especially now that this pandemic has hit all over the world but now is the time to take a closer look and see how we can bounce back. I urge you all to take this step with me in making our community a better place for our children and grandchildren. I know myself this is not what I want to leave behind for my own family or yours. It all starts with a vision and one person willing to take that leap to begin making a difference . We can all work together in building a strong community with resources for anyone in need. Everyday I see more and more homeless individuals and families in Broome County and the constant closure of services for those in need of mental health services. It is time for a change!!! Together we can fight this battle.
