Sunday was a very special time at Bethesda Baptist Church as we gathered for a special recognition service and dinner honoring Nick Scott, as he prepares for his upcoming deployment.
Our church family was honored to present Nick with a Bible, presented by fellow veteran Tony Merritt. Our youth also made a beautiful poster filled with personal notes and encouraging words from each of them to Nick. ❤️
Nick has a true servant’s heart. He is always willing to serve and give of himself, never expecting recognition or praise for the many things he does. We are so thankful for him and his family.
The service concluded with our church family gathering together in prayer over Nick and his family, asking God to watch over them and give them strength, peace, and comfort during this time. Please help us continue to pray for Nick—for his safety, protection, strength, and guidance as he serves our country. Pray for his family as they face the days ahead, that God will keep His hand upon each of them.
Nick Scott, we love you, we appreciate you, and we will be praying for you and your family every step of the way. ❤️🇺🇸
