Today's sermon reminded us that as Christians, we need to be ready for the trials and challenges life brings. Pastor Danny shared powerful insights from Ecclesiastes:

• Wisdom is key to facing difficulties • We must sharpen our spiritual "axe" through prayer and studying God's Word • Regret comes from not being prepared • True preparation comes from fearing the Lord and applying His wisdom

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." - Proverbs 3:5

Don't wait until the storm hits to get ready. Prepare your heart and mind by drawing close to God today. He is faithful to give us the wisdom and strength we need!

"Wisdom vs. Foolishness: Living God's Way in a Mixed-Up World

'As dead flies give perfume a bad smell, so a little folly outweighs wisdom and honor.' - Ecclesiastes 10:1

In Sunday's sermon, we explored how worldly foolishness can often seem to outweigh godly wisdom. But as followers of Christ, we're called to:

• Keep our eyes on the path of wisdom • Handle conflict with grace and reconciliation • Share God's wisdom with a confused world

Remember: We are in this world, but not of it. Let's pray for God's wisdom to guide our steps and shine His light in the darkness.

🌟 Join Us in Embracing the Gift of Today 🌟

Reflecting on today's sermon has truly been a moment of awakening. Our time here on earth is a precious gift from God, an opportunity to honor Him and live fully. We're reminded of the words from Ecclesiastes: life is fleeting, like a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. Therefore, let's seize the day and make every second count!

Here's what we learned:

1. **Live for Today**: Life doesn't last forever in this world. Every morning is a new chance to live fully, to love deeply, and to serve God with joy and gratitude.

2. **Expect the Unexpected**: Life may not always be fair, and our plans might not unfold perfectly. Yet, amid every twist and turn, God's plans are perfect, and His love is a constant anchor we can trust.

3. **Prepare for the Eternal**: We don’t know when our time will end, but we can spend our days preparing our hearts to meet God, living in faith, hope, and love each day.

Let us cherish each day as the treasured gift it is, looking for opportunities to bless others, spread kindness, and grow in our walk with God. As we go out into the world, may we remember that through Christ, we have hope, strength, and purpose.

🙏 May we all take to heart the prayer of living intentionally: "As you will, as much as you will, whenever you will." Let's seek to make every moment meaningful, guided by His grace.
