☘️ Our Emerald Crossing village is growing fast! ☘️

Our Preprimary crew (students who just completed Kindergarten or 1st Grade) has become such a lively bunch that we need to split the class into two groups! 🎉

We’re looking for a few brave souls to join the adventure:
🍀 Bible School Teacher
🍀 Assistant Teacher
🍀 Additional Check-In Helper
🍀 Floaters & extra helping hands

If you have a youth-age child, we would LOVE to have some extra hands on deck as we prepare for an unforgettable week at Emerald Crossing! 🌈✨
VBS is only TWO WEEKS away and it takes a whole village to guide little hearts toward Jesus. 💚☘️

Plugged into the true power source 🔌⚡️

Today our CL Kids learned that the Holy Spirit gives us power to live for God! Each child added their “plug” to our giant outlet to symbolize staying connected to the Holy Spirit. Watching all their names come together made the room feel like one giant, joy-powered circuit board for Jesus. 🔌⚡️

🎤✨ BGMC Karaoke for a Cause Update ✨🎤

While we didn’t quite hit our $3,000 karaoke goals this time, we still have something worth celebrating!

Because together, our boys and girls raised an incredible $2,642.46 for missions! 🌍❤️

Boys Total: $1,393.68
Girls Total: $1,248.78

Every dollar given is a seed planted, helping share hope and the message of Jesus around the world. And that’s way bigger than any karaoke performance 💛

We are so proud of our kids and families for giving with such big hearts. Who knows… maybe next time we’ll get that duet after all 🎤🔥

In Matthew 5–7, He sets the bar high! 😱 Love your enemies, give generously, live for God’s Kingdom first. And honestly? That sounds impossible without help.
Good thing He didn’t leave us empty-handed.
This May in CL Kids, we’re diving into NEXT LEVEL 🎮and discovering the gift Jesus promised: the Holy Spirit, God living in us to help, empower, grow, and guide us every day.
Because the Christian life was never meant to be lived solo. 🕊️

Shakedown update 🎤
The boys are currently in the lead 👀

Last day to donate for our Karaoke for a Change competition is Wednesday, April 22 so there’s still time to shake things up.

At this rate it’s looking like Mrs. Twila better start warming up those vocal cords… we’re ready for a performance 🎶🔥

Caleb is our Volunteer of the Month and it’s so well deserved 🎉

This guy brings the energy every single week and doesn’t just show up… he shows UP! From serving back-to-back in 2nd and 3rd grade to pouring into every kid he meets, Caleb leads with consistency, joy, and a whole lot of heart.

We are so thankful for leaders like him who make church a place kids can’t wait to be 🙌
