We will not have our regularly scheduled CR meeting tonight. The church is having a remembrance service for Maundy Thursday. All are invited to attend! It begins at 6:00 in the sanctuary. We will be back next week!

‘Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.’

I’ll never forget when I got out of the hospital and stayed at my uncle’s house. I was searching for peace and direction, and one night I begged for a sign. 🥹 Suddenly, a light appeared that I couldn’t explain. I opened my uncle’s Bible, and it landed on this verse in Romans.😭🙌🏻

That moment was the spark that started me on a journey of changing the way I saw life. It didn’t happen overnight, but I’ve learned that real peace comes when I let go of my own self-will and trust there’s a bigger plan. 🩷

Tomorrow I get to share this story with others who may need to hear it, and I’m so grateful for the chance. 🙌🏻

Almost eight years later, I’m living a life I never thought was possible. If change was possible for me, it’s possible for you too. You can recover. You can grow. You can find peace. Renewal is real. 🩷”

Tomorrow night, Thursday, March 28th, our Celebrate Recovery will look a little different. First Baptist Church Biloxi is having their Remember Service beginning at 6PM so instead of meeting for CR at 6:00, we will meet at 7:15PM for coffee and desserts.

You are invited to join us for the Remember Service at 6PM in the Worship Center and then at 7:15 in the student building.

We hope to see you there!
