Well, tomorrow begins what we consider to be "Independence Week" as we celebrate our independence day on July 4th. On Wednesday JULY 3rd we will have a grand celebration here at Billingsley Baptist. At 7:00 a combined choir from several of our area churches will present a program of patriotic music to be followed by a hot dog supper and a huge fireworks display. EVERYONE in the area is invited to join us in celebrating the freedom of this great land called the United State of America!

Excited about worshiping at Billingsley Baptist tomorrow. The day begins with Christmas breakfast at 9:30 followed by Bible Study at 9:45 and worship at 11:00. We will focus on the name Prince of Peace from Isaiah 9:6. The day will conclude with Carols and Communion at 5:00. It is going to be another great day.

Tomorrow is the first Sunday of Advent. As a secular Christmas song rightly says, "it's the most wonderful time of the year." Come worship with us as we begin a series of sermons on the names of Christ found in Isaiah 9:6-7. We begin with "Wonderful Counselor". I hope to see you then.
