We are offering a new fellowship, SNAP
(Special Needs Adult Program), beginning Saturday, Feb. 5, 2022, starting at 5 p.m. We will meet each Saturday for social and spiritual fellowship at the church, 95 Main St., Big Sandy, TN. Activities to include music, crafts and short Bible study.

Welcome to the Independent Church of Big Sandy - TN page! We are a Bible-based nondenominational fellowship of followers of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to follow the Lord's command in Matthew 22:37-39: Matthew 22:37-40 (New International Version)
"Jesus replied: 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.'"

Among our ministries are:
Found A Home: A sanctuary for Christians who find themselves impacted by current world uncertainty, those who refuse to conform to unbiblical world standards. Assists people in reestablishing their lives in Christ.

Emerging Missions: Local and international mission field support, currently in middle Tennessee, Haiti and Uganda.

Food and clothing ministry: Providing food boxes, clothing and household goods free-of-charge to area residents.

Pray, card and visitation ministry: Remembering widows/widowers, shut-ins and the sick with prayer, greeting cards and home visitation.
