With great sorrow in our hearts but great joy, because we will see her again, in our spirits, we say good-bye for now to this wonderful woman of God who has been a part of our congregation for many years. Our hearts are with her family in this time of grief.

Sharon L. Sarns, age 79 of Morley, passed away Sunday, October 22, 2023. She was born November 8, 1943 in Flint the daughter of Clifford and Isabel VanZant. Sharon graduated from Buckley High School in 1961. While at a dance hall in Cadillac she met a young Douglas V. Sarns,

Wanted to just post a little note on here to thank CHM for the 8 1/2 years of ministry. I am very grateful for all of you and will miss you all. If you’re able to join us tonight at 6:00pm for a little get together potluck on my last official day, I would love to see you.

Join us May 17th for a church movie night featuring JESUS REVOLUTION. Open to everyone and admission is free. This movie is PG 13 because of drug and alcohol abuse it is recommended that you not bring children under 12.

Just a reminder- today begins our new fall schedule for afternoon Bible Study @ 1:00 pm in the sanctuary. Please also note we are trying a new time of 6 pm for our evening Bible study. Saddened by the loss of this great man, he was a friend, he was faithful, he was an inspiration and a part of our body. Now that part is gone and he will be missed greatly by us all. But we have this confidence, we will see him again in glory.
