🌲☀️🙌 Good morning, Community Church! Do you like the movies? And can you handle the Truth?

We want to invite you all to church tomorrow morning, where Pastor Mike will be sharing a message about Paul’s trial in Caesarea, and God's faithfulness through it all♡

It is amazing to hear how Paul confidently declares his faith in Jesus, and the call upon his life, while also showing respect for everyone listening💙🕊

Acts 24:16 shares with us, "So I strive always to keep my conscience clear before God and man."

This is said after Paul shares that he has the same hope in God as his accusers, that the righteous and unrighteous will be raised from the dead. What a statement!!

🌟💦🕊 Baptism is such a beautiful symbol of renewal and relationship!

We as Christ followers ((Christians)) are baptized in water to reflect the change that is happening within us♡

This transformation, as you accept fully that Jesus died to cover your sins in God's grace, feels like a warm embrace of love as it washes over you. Cleansing you of your sins, as you repent for past wrongs, and choose to walk in The Way♡

💙🙏📖Romans 6:4-8 shares with us,

"For we died and were buried with Christ by baptism. And just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious power of the Father, now we also may live new lives.

Since we have been united with him in his death, we will also be raised to life as he was.

We know that our old sinful selves were crucified ((through baptism)) with Christ so that sin might lose its power in our lives. We are no longer slaves to sin.

For when we died with Christ we were set free from the power of sin.

And since we died with Christ, we know we will also live with him."

Congratulations, we are so proud of you all! 🎉

It has been an honor to watch you learn and grow in your faith over the years, especially within the Youth Group!

To hear your testimonies, and watch you walk along your journey towards Jesus, we want you to know you will always have a place to call home with us here at Community Church💙🕊

Ephesians 1:9-11 shares with us, "God has now revealed to us his mysterious will regarding Christ—which is to fulfill his own good plan.

And this is the plan: At the right time he will bring everything together under the authority of Christ—everything in heaven and on earth.

Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything work out according to his plan."

💛🕊💦 We're having baptisms today!

Community Church, let's praise Jesus together for stirring the Holy Spirit within their hearts, and show them some love♡

Congratulations to every soul who proclaimed the name of Jesus on this day🥰🎉 We love you all!

Philippians 2:9-11 shares with us,
"Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names,
that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." 🤍🙌

💙🕊🙌 Good morning, Community Church!

Don't you just love the peacefulness of our lake?

It truly is a blessing to live here, and we want to invite you to join us tomorrow morning for a wonderful message on Acts 19♡

🙏💙🕊 Hey Community Church, have you been considering getting baptized?

If so, we want to encourage you in this time♡

It is so beautiful to feel the presence of Jesus wash over you, there is nothing else like it!

And even Jesus was baptized by His cousin John...

Matthew 3:13-17 shares with us, "Then Jesus came from Galilee to John at the Jordan [River], to be baptized by him.

But John tried to prevent Him [vigorously protesting], saying, “It is I who need to be baptized by You, and do You come to me?”

But Jesus replied to him, “Permit it just now; for this is the fitting way for us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then John permitted [it and baptized] Him. ♡

After Jesus was baptized, He came up immediately out of the water; and behold, the heavens were opened, and he (John) saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove and lighting on Him (Jesus), 🤍🕊

and behold, a voice from heaven said, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased and delighted!” [Ps 2:7; Is 42:1]

🌞💦🌲🎉 VBS is right around the corner, Community Family!

We are so excited to have your kiddos come learn about Jesus with us for a whole week!! What a blessing this day camp is ~ full of music, dancing, games, art, water slides, yummy snacks and fun🎉🎉🎉

What is VBS? Vacation Bible School is a children's ministry event that will take place June 15-19, 2026 at Community Church Big Bear♡ This is a place where your kids will learn more about walking with Jesus in their daily life, while having fun!

We also provide lunch every day! 💛🥪🍏🍕

VBS shirts will be provided on Monday 6/15 @ checkin please have your child wear their shirts all week 🤗

Wednesday Thursday and Friday have your kids swim suits and towels💦

We will be accepting students from 1st grade through 5th grade💛🙌

If you have a kindergartener that is promoting into the 1st grade we will be happy to enroll him/her. Also, if you have a 5th grader that is going into middle school but would still like to attend VBS we would love to enroll him/her.

Time: Drop off time is 8:30am and pickup is 1:00pm each day ((June 15th-19th))

Cost: $75 per student, and we are also offering a discounted rate of $55 for siblings!!!
