Happy Mother’s Day from Hallsville Presbyterian Church! 🌹

Today during worship, we honored the mothers in our church family with a special Mother’s Day service. Each mother received a red rose as a small token of our love, gratitude, and appreciation.

We give thanks for the mothers, grandmothers, spiritual mothers, and women of faith who nurture, encourage, pray, teach, and lead with love.

“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.”
— Proverbs 31:25

To all the mothers and mother figures in our church and community: thank you for the love you share, the prayers you offer, and the beautiful example of faith you give.

We love and appreciate you! ❤️🌹

A mother’s love is often seen in the quiet places, in the prayers whispered before anyone wakes up, in the meals prepared, in the hugs given when words are not enough, and in the strength shown even when she is tired.

Scripture reminds us that a woman of faith is clothed with strength and dignity. Today, we celebrate the mothers, grandmothers, spiritual mothers, and women who have loved, guided, encouraged, and prayed over us. Their love reflects the grace of God in powerful and beautiful ways.

May every mother know today how deeply she is loved, appreciated, and cherished.

Happy Mother’s Day.

What a wonderful night of fellowship at Hallsville Presbyterian Church! 🦐🐟

Tonight we gathered together for our Seafood Supper, and it was truly a blessing to see our fellowship hall filled with friends, families, and neighbors. From the Men who fried the food to the many hands helping serve and clean up, it was a beautiful example of our church community coming together.

There was plenty of delicious food—fried fish, shrimp, sides, and desserts—and even more laughter and conversation shared around the tables. Nights like this remind us how special it is to gather not only for worship, but also for fellowship.

A huge thank you to everyone who cooked, served, organized, and attended. Your time, effort, and support make events like this possible.

We are grateful for the opportunity to share meals, memories, and community together.

“They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts.” — Acts 2:46

A Joyful Night of Fellowship at Hallsville Presbyterian Church!

Tonight our kitchen was filled with laughter, conversation, and a lot of shrimp! Several members of our church family gathered together to peel shrimp in preparation for our upcoming seafood dinner, and it quickly turned into a wonderful evening of fellowship.

There’s something special about working side-by-side—sharing stories, lending a hand, and preparing something together that will bless others. Moments like these remind us that church isn’t just something we attend on Sundays… it’s a community where we serve, laugh, and grow together.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out tonight to help! Your time and willingness to serve make events like our seafood dinner possible.

We can’t wait to share the meal (and the fellowship) with everyone soon!

❤️ At Hallsville Presbyterian Church, fellowship is always on the menu.
