Barbara Osborn is licensed lay pastor at Zion UCC in Bettsville. Barbara grew up on a small farm outside of New Riegel and graduated from Tiffin University with an accounting degree. She married her husband when she was 32 years old and he died of cancer in 2019. The last 25 years of her career Barbara was a pharmacy technician. Around the year 2000, she attended her church lay school and eventually began her retirement career as a lay pastor. Proving that God does not call the equipped He equips the called, and pastors are just like everybody else, human and flawed just trying daily to do better.
Kyle Rodabaugh, known by most as Roady, is a loving devoted husband to his wife Arielle and a busy father to 4 kids: Paisley (13), Reagan (10), Thea (9) & Kolt (5). He has attended the Wharton First Church of God for 21 years. He is a supervisor at Ball Metal where he has worked for the last 15 years. Roady has a passion and a calling to help lead and encourage men to step into their role as spiritual leaders in their households. Showing them how much a family can change for the better once the husband/father surrenders it all and becomes the leader God is needing them to be. Early in 2026 he and his wife launched a new ministry called “Good Family Ministries.” Their goal as a ministry is to help families as a whole find the good in every circumstance in life through a biblical stance and their own life experience. Their ministry hit the ground running with a 4-week youth series on morality which included the teens of their church. Their opportunities have begun to grow ever since.
Josh Yeager currently works as an assistant county prosecutor. Prior to attending law school, he was a youth pastor in the Toledo area for two years. He and his wife Karina have been married for five years and have one child, Ava.

He currently pastors the same congregation now known as Bascom Community Church in Bascom. He and his wife Danene both came back to Christ twenty-five years ago while living in North Carolina. Dean has worn many hats in his life including those of a banker, production scheduler, and teacher. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Bowling Green State University. Married for over forty-four years, he and Danene are proud parents of one son and grandparents to one granddaughter and one grandson. For rest and relaxation, he enjoys golf, walking, reading, and working out at the gym.
Nicholas P. Vaccariello tells his story is one of a little broken boy, so full of sadness, hate, and revenge that by the time God picked up from the ashes He did not know who He was anymore. But there was someone who knew who I was. He saved his life, time and time again, as he walked the earth… yet he saved it far before he was even. This is a second chance story of The Lord God Almighty’s unfailing love and unfathomable grace.
