A beautiful summer evening in Alice. A sliver of a crescent moon over the west MacDonnell's with Venus and the communication towers.
Services have been continuing through January and we look forward to worship this weekend. We say farewell to two of our lovely folk who are going to continue their careers in Tamworth and at the RCH in Melbourne. We wish them God's blessings and we will miss you both very much. We will have a BBQ after church for farewells and celebration of Australia Day.

The mountains are shrouded in rain and God has just poured showers of blessings all over this town in the form of much needed rain. Come and worship Him. Sunday worship is at 10am. Some of our folks are still on holidays but rest assured of a warm welcome.

No Bible Study tomorrow night (the 12th Nov) as Keith is in Darwin with the PFES. Take a look at the number plate "watchen" - the police here have a sense of humour. It reminds me that God is always watching - "for His eye is on the sparrow and I know He watches me."

Outdoor church around the fire. Our aboriginal folk enjoy services in the open and we found that everyone else likes this setting also. We are going to have our services around the fire on the last Sunday of every month so why not come and join us for the next one on the 29 June at 10am.

Keith conducting worship for the Ulysses motor cycle club members. About 35 attended. Pray that some words fell on fertile ground. He then married a couple of Ulysses' members at Olive Pink Botanical Gardens.

Alice Springs has been resounding to the burble of bikes. Today has seen the Ulysses Motor Cycle Club parade through the streets of AS. It took over 30 minutes for them to pass the end of our street - over 1000 bikes! Please pray for Keith as he has the opportunity to preach the Word of God to them tomorrow at their church service.

Today we celebrated our first anniversary. We reflected on God's blessings over the past 12 months and then turned our eyes to look for guidance for today and the future. Keith preached from Psalm 10. Jesus is building His church. He is doing this now - which includes Alice Springs. He will do a might work here in central Australia and most wonderfully He has started this now!
