Hello Faith 101 Families,

Due to a special guest speaker TONIGHT on the topic of Creation, we will NOT have class. Families are welcome and encouraged to attend the guest speaker event, but please do not send your youth on their own. Our next class will be on Sunday, Dec. 5th.

I want to wish everyone a blessed Thanksgiving. I hope that you are able to spend it with families and friends and make lasting memories.

If you have sermon summaries and service hours to do still, keep working on them and turn them in!

Ice Skating moved up to 5pm TONIGHT!!! Back to church at 6pm for refreshments and devotion. Spread the word!!!

Don't forget to sign-up to go to Adventureland on Wednesday, June 21st. Cost $30 plus bring money for two meals, one at the park and one on way home. Friends are welcome. Sign-up sheet located on back Sanctuary doors. Deadline is June 14th!!!

Special Mission Speaker
June 10 & 11, Colonel Jeffrey N. Williams, NASA astronaut and member of Gloria Dei Lutheran church in Houston, Texas, the special mission speaker at all three services. He spent 6 months on the International Space Station in 2006. He took more pictures of the earth than any other astronaut. Each picture contains lessons about God's creation. His book, "The Work of His Hands," is available through Concordia Publishing House and Amazon.com.
