Immanuel Lutheran Church stands in the heart of the Eastern Plains, north of Bethune, Colorado and continues to be God's house of worship for many Christians today. The congregation is rich in history and very dedicated to serving the Lord. Sunday Worship Services are held weekly, followed by time for fellowship. The Ladies Aid group meets once a month and conduct bible studies and sew quilts. The

y also do several mission projects throughout the year. Having a strong foundation and never-ending faith, the Congregation has held true to their roots, knowing that God would continue to guide and nurture their faith.

It is with a heavy heart that we share a message from Jeanette Stahlecker’s daughter, Deanna Harrison:

It's with great sadness that I let you know that Mom passed away last evening from the effects of the Covid-19 virus. Please keep my brother, James and our family in your prayers as we try to navigate and process what has happened. ❤ So much now is not the norm and we are trying to figure it all out. Thank you to Grace Manor Care Center for your wonderful care of Mom these last couple weeks and for the almost 14 years that she made Grace Manor her home. Never in our wildest dreams did we think she would be there all this time. She was a fighter to the end! ❤ Please, please pray for the other residents and staff that no-one else gets this terrible virus. ❤💔❤
