They might never step inside a church building.
They might never lift their hands in worship or sit through a Sunday sermon.
But they will run into you.

And when they do, what will they encounter?

Will they feel judged… or will they feel loved?
Will they see religion… or will they see Christ?

You may be the only reflection of Jesus someone ever meets. Your patience in conflict. Your kindness when it’s undeserved. Your integrity when no one is watching. Your forgiveness when it would be easier to hold a grudge.

The Gospel isn’t confined to four walls. It walks into workplaces. It sits at dinner tables. It shows up in comment sections. It responds gently. It serves quietly. It loves boldly.

People might avoid a church, but they cannot avoid the way you live.

Be a living testimony.
Be grace in action.
Be truth wrapped in love.
Be the reason someone reconsiders God.

Because sometimes the closest thing they will ever get to a church…
is you. 🤍 🙏🏻

A lot can happen in a year when people come together around a shared vision.
In 2025, we organized around affordability, fought for stronger public schools, expanded civic engagement, and continued building people power across Pennsylvania. None of it would have been possible without the members, donors, volunteers, congregations, and partners who showed up every step of the way.
The 2025 Impact Report is our way of sharing what we accomplished together and being transparent about how your support fuels this work.

The Harrisburg District proudly congratulates our Presiding Elder, Rev. Dr. David T Miller on his announcement as a 2028 Candidate for Bishop of The African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church.

Throughout his years of faithful service, Rev. Dr. Miller has demonstrated exceptional leadership, unwavering integrity, and a steadfast commitment to advancing the mission of Christ. His dedication to empowering churches, equipping leaders, and strengthening communities continues to make a lasting impact across our District and beyond.

We ask the Harrisburg District family and our extended connection to keep Rev. Dr. Miller and his family lifted in prayer as he continues to answer God's call.

May God continue to order his steps, enlarge his territory, and use him mightily for His glory.
